Purpose of the role
In partnership with Global Diageo Business Services Business Relationship Managers identify the best offer to drive cost reduction of Anaplan applications support by providing in-house support or evaluating markets' Anaplan partners offers.

Duties
•Service Delivery management
•Handing-over Anaplan applications from projects to Business As Usual support
•Global workspace and license management
•Driving overall Anaplan support cost efficiency
•Formalisation of Anaplan support model and its deliverables
•People and stakeholder management

Requirements
•University or College Degree, experience working with Anaplan system is a great advantage
•3 years Proven experience of service delivery processes (incidents, change, problem, stakeholders management, reporting) and standards
•Fluent business English
•Proven people management experience
•Proven experience in support of multiple (local and global) applications managing interdependencies and integration within global landscape and standards
•Global applications support and broad impact to different markets
•Service Level Agreement managements and continuous improvement management
•Global vendor and contracts management experience
•Experience in supporting processes with robust documentation
