Job description

Your task

·  Gather all technical relevant information from the relevant persons or groups to prepare change tickets/ documentation
·  Managing and coordinating change requests
·  Act as the coordinator between the Resolution Teams and the Client Management
·  Provide continuous information to the customers and Service Delivery Management
·  Ensure all allocated actions/responsibilities are clearly defined and documented
