T&T Project Manager (Pécs)

Your task

As the member of the T-Systems international delivery organization the T&T Manager / Project Manager is responsible for the T&T project from the initial planning to the final delivery. In addition he can be involved in the bid phase to plan and assure the contracting of all project relevant topics.

·  Leads the project, elaborates and implements the Project Management Plan
·  Creates resource plan and staffs the project
·  Plans, steers and is responsible for the project regarding time, quality and cost. Establishes, executes and monitors back to green plans
·  Plans and organizes the project in alignment with the customer and the relevant T-Systems departments
·  For T&T projects he/she draws up and realizes an agreed CMO+ or FMO -concept based on the offer and the contract
·  Responsible for adherence to T-Systems Project Management, Transition and Transformation and Software development  standards
·  Defines an agreed way of change and claim management within the project
·  Implements governance and escalation management within the T-Systems and towards customer
·  He/she assures acceptance of project results by the customer and the handover to operation
·  Assures readiness of service management, delivery and billing
·  Guarantees effective project management quality gates and handover to service quality gates

Your Profile

·  An exceptional track record of delivering large-scale, high value projects successfully at a country or global level
·  Experience of structuring, running and managing complex infrastructure projects in specific technical areas, such as data centres, helpdesks, and networks
·  Proven ability in leadership, managing a diverse range of technical resources
·  Good collaboration / communication skills
·  The flexibility to travel
·  At least 3 years’ experience as IT Project Manager and/or T&T Manager in international environment
·  MS Project, Office, Word, Visio knowledge
·  Advanced, fluent English knowledge
