Linux Engineer (Budapest)

Job description

Your task

·  Completing project-based engineering/architect tasks for international clients in the field of Linux
·  Operation system level knowledge (mainly SLES, RedHat) of Linux middleware products, scripting, ability to learn new technologies (e.g. OpenShift, Puppet, VMware virtualisation (vSphere, vCloud))
·  Completing system planning/development tasks according to processes defined by the client, producing, documenting concepts, implementation of approved plans, keeping contact with the operation, engineer and architect teams and the project managers

Your Profile

·  College/University degree, or equivalent certificates/work experience
·  Deep knowledge of RedHat Linux (RHCE certificate is an advantage)
·  Knowledge of Java application servers
·  Basic network knowledge
·  Fluent English knowledge
·  At least 2 years working experience in relevant IT field
·  Teamwork attitude
·  Passionate about the theme (solution architecture)
·  Flexibility (enterprise environment, lots of processes)
·  Good communication skills (oral and written)
·  Ability to work independently
