Job Description
• Assist key account manager, for customers projects monitor in progress, close adherence to plan, quality of work, etc
• Assist key account manager to keep good communication between customers and warehouse and ensure the project smoothly continues
• Assist to daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly review operation performance/strategies for any shortfall
• Collect and summarize information and complete the analysis reports
• Complete other tasks designated by key account manager
• Support implementation of the customers projects
• Customer service,Process mapping,Billing tracking
• Commercial – new request & business analysis/proposal/quotation
