Duration: 6 months / Starting date: February 2017 / working hours: 40 hours/week

In your new position as Intern - Investment Funds Services, you will join and support the Investment Funds Sales & Relationship Management team, across a wide range of tasks relating to the promotion of our services Vestima & the Central Facility for Funds (CFF). We offer you the chance to acquire valuable experiences and to combine the theory of your academic studies along with practical knowledge obtained whilst working within our international team.
Your responsibilities
Coordinate the client acquisition process from contract reception through to final business implementation, including legal aspects
Centralise and analyse, as well as monitoring and reporting of new sales opportunities
Provide support with respect to strategic client acquisitions, by performing ad hoc research and business case analyses
Respond to ad-hoc client queries and assist in the issue-resolution process by liaising with other sections of the Investment Funds Services Department
Our requirements
Students who will apply for an internship must have completed at least the first 2 years of their university studies and must be enrolled in an academic programme recognised by the state during the full duration of the internship
Ability to work within a team or independently when required
Capability to work under pressure
Proficiency with MS-Office, particularly MS-Excel and MS-Access
Fluency in written and spoken English, additionally proficiency in French and/or German will be considered as an asset
Dedication, team and communication skills, flexibility as well as competent handling of MS Office applications round out your profile. We look forward to your application!
