To support our Delphi Connection Systems team located in Bertrange, Luxembourg we are currently looking for:
VIE
- HR Business Intelligence Analyst
Poste et missions:
Within the scope of a global project team, the candidate selected will support the creation and roll-out of a global HR Dashboard using platform Qlik Sense by:
- Working with global HR Teams to collect data to be loaded into the Dashboard;
- Guarantee the data quality of the data collected from various sources (HR Information Systems, Payroll…);
- Support the design of the interface of Qlik Sense;
- Support activities around data sourcing sustainability and change management;
Support the preparation and delivery of workforce planning activities such as:
- Headcount Reports:
- Demographic Analysis;
- HR Budget Business Plan;
HR and ad hoc Project Support;
Profil:
- Master Degree in relevant field – Required;
- Junior level experience within a Human Resources Department or as Data Analyst – Required;
- Fluent in English – Required;
- Advanced MS Office Skills – Excel / PowerPoint – Required;
- Strong analytical skills – Required
- Availability to relocate to Luxembourg – Required;
- VBA Knowledge – Preferred;
