Position summary

Deloitte is currently searching for  Receptionist  who will join our Property and Corporate Services team at Kyiv office.

 

Deloitte is one of the world’s leading audit and consulting firm that offers a full range of services to its clients, including audit, accounting assistance, consulting, financial advisory and tax & legal services.

 

You will provide administrative and other support to ensure excellent handling of the Firm’s external visitors and effective and efficient internal use of the meeting rooms.

 

The role will involve:

·  Greeting visitors and arranging drinks (tea/coffee) for external visitors
·  Booking conference rooms for meetings
·  Assisting in organizing external/internal meetings
·  Answering and distributing phone calls
·  Working with office equipment

 

To be considered you should possess:

·  University degree completed or in progress
·  Knowledge of Ukranian/Russian and English, both writing and spoken (upper intermediate level)
·  Good knowledge of MS Word and Excel
·  Good communication and presentation skills
·  Previous administrative experience is a plus
