Key Responsibilities
To manage the Enterprise Business of a Sales Team, managing the leads/activities of Account Managers to deliver the Enterprise Sales Number, supporting individual team members to become more proficient at selling servers, storage and services.
You will be:
· Responsible for the VMware related business for respective team
· Identifies individual strengths and weaknesses and implements appropriate action plan
· Design, and deliver responses to ad-hoc training requirements as requests arise
· Identifying and influencing customer key decision makers
· Possession of excellent consultation skills
· Qualifying customer needs — profiling etc.
· Designing enterprise solutions that meet the required customer needs

Essential Requirements
· Strong technical knowledge of VMware technology
· Strong previous experience in a Technical Sales Role
· Good written and presentation skills
· An excellent understanding of Dell's Enterprise proposition
· Proven thorough knowledge of Dell products and services
· Proven excellence in Sales process
· Excellent analytical and decision making skills

Profil recherché

Desirable Requirements
·  A good understanding of product marketing process
·  A 3 rd level qualification in a technical course such as Computer Science
