Job description

· Responsible to drive inbound and outbound calls, to focus on maintaining and expanding business relationships/market share with existing and new customers.

· 负责通过接听,或者主动外呼电话,维护并提升客户关系与戴尔的市场份额,开拓新客户。

· Functions as the overall account manager including leading transactional sales, partnering with outside sales and/or the channel (as applicable) and both strategy and execution.

· 通过独立主导销售,或者与外部销售/渠道合作伙伴配合,执行戴尔公司的市场战略与销售目标。

· Works persistently to gain new accounts and/or identify opportunities in account territory.

· 持续开发新客户,并且在现有客户群体中发掘商机;

· Involvement in outside sales lead with Inside Sales support.

· 与外部销售团队相配合,并且提供相应的支持。

· Effectively articulates the value proposition associated with Dell's products and services.

· 有效向客户传达戴尔产品与服务的优势与价值。

· Recommends business solutions considering customer needs and Dell interests.

· 向客户推荐既满足实际的需求,也符合戴尔利润要求的销售方案。

· Builds relationships with customers based on knowledge of Dell's technology, products, services.

· 熟练掌握戴尔的技术,产品与服务的知识,与客户建立稳固合作关系。

· Stays abreast of current industry trends and how Dell's customers are being impacted to help solve specific market challenges in targeted industries.

· 保持对行业趋势的关注,了解客户所受影响及动态,帮助客户应对新的挑战。

· Leverages cross-functional resources to achieve results/meet customer needs.

· 协调,运用公司内部各各职能部门的资源,达到销售业绩,满足客户需求。

Desired profile

Qualifications :

· Above 2 years of relevant experience in account sales. College degree or above.

· 两年以上企业型客户销售经验。大专以上学历。

· Basic knowledge of IT industry and products. Selling experience in IT industry is a plus.

· 具备基本的IT行业与产品知识。IT行业销售经验者可优先考虑。

· Proficiency in English reading and writing, can handle basic conversations.

· 英语读写熟练,能进行基本会话。

· Ability to create/execute an action plan to make unsolicited contact with targeted people to capture interest for further discussion.

· 具备制定针对陌生目标客户的销售行动计划,并且切实实行,从中获取商机的能力。

· Proactive. Ability to establish and accelerate forward motion toward desired sales objective.

· 积极主动的心态,持续推动销售进展,达成销售目标。
