Accounts Payable Analyst

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Responsible for CN&TW Non-Production Data Entry for PO&Non-PO invoice processing and Payment arrangement
· Maintain vendor master information in SAP system
· Ensures completeness, accuracy and timeliness of all data entry processing
· Support various reports for analysis
· Support monthly closing process to ensure timely and accurate financial information.
· Delivers on key AP metrics, goals and SLA targets
· Demonstrates good controllership and adherence to AP policies
· Supports AP and cross-functional projects
· Recommends and implements process improvements
· Assists in system integration and testing
· Perform proper record retention for audit purpose

Desired profile

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
·  Degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience on related field
·  Minimum 2 year experience in Finance / Accounting, preferably in the high tech/IT industry
·  Good written and verbal communication skills
·  Motivated by a fast-paced environment, possessing the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
·  A fast learner with strong analytical skills and able to make a well-reasoned decision
·  Self-starter and strong team spirit
·  Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel and Word)
·  Knowledge of SAP will be added advantage
