Job Descriptions:

Responsible for the design and development activities associated with technical quality assurance protocols/methods. Accountable to inspect and test in-process raw materials, production equipment and finished products. Ensures activities and items are in compliance with both company quality assurance standards, applicable government regulations, and customer requirements. Performs analysis and identifies trends in the inspection, verification and validation of finished products and process assemblies and raw materials. Recommends corrective actions when necessary. Ensures that established inspection, sampling and statistical process control procedures are followed. May ensure compliance to in-house and/or external specifications and standards, such as GMPs and ISO regulations. Evaluates and analyzes the efforts in organizing, documenting and interpreting support documents and records. Review product roadmaps, audit processes/products, works with customer requirements and customers to assess product performance, review gaps and features, and drive solutions. Follows Test and QA processes for software development lifecycle management and Program management of quality deliverables/processes during development lifecycle process, such as phase review process. Principal Accountabilities

· Drives improvements in usability, customer and product metrics to comply with industry standards, such as NPS/NSS, IFIR/FIR, or other standards.

· Drives continuous improvement in the quality of Dell systems, peripherals and software, as experienced by customers.

· Ensures that Dell delivers high quality products to customers.

· Ensures quality goals and performance measurements are met.

· Monitors quality results and identifies exceptions requiring investigation.

· Drives investigation, capture, root cause failure analysis, containment, corrective actions and process improvements to prevent issue recurrence.

· Conducts quality post-mortem and documents lessons learned and recommendations to prevent recurrence of quality issues.

· Works with customers and customer feedback to drive product improvement through development process.

· Program management of quality deliverables/processes during development lifecycle process, such as phase review process.

· Inspects and tests in-process raw materials, production equipment and finished products.

· Supports RFQ's on an as needed basis.

· ODM/Supplier engagement to drive quality improvements consistency with all other accountabilities.

· Manages critical issues in a timely manner.

Desired profile

Qualifications:

·  4 Year Engineering Degree or Equivalent
·  2-5 Years of relative experience
