Key Responsibilities

The purpose of the role is to work with named distributors to enable them to upsell Support Services at their point of sale. Distributors will buy Dell products with a minimal support service level so that they can price position the hardware in their market and get flexibility as to which service upsell their customer can select Distributors are selling to a variety of Channel Partners who sell to end users The daily activities and responsibilities include:

• Attain targeted sales goals for assigned distributor account set

• Proactively work with distributors to liaise and manage order requirements, order management / fulfilment, issue tracking and resolution

• Provide daily order updates to distributors

• Train distributor on service upsell process and tools

• Engage with order fulfilment team to understand ordering issues and rootcause Contact resellers and end-users to identify service tags for required service upsells

• Forecast order volumes to order enablement team

Desired profile

Essential Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and good level of Arabic skills

• Proficient in managing time and resources, capable at self-managing from a day to day perspective

• Is proficient in a broader range of IT service offerings

• Analyzes multiple factors to both anticipate/identify customer problems/needs and recommends appropriate solutions

• Engages cross functional resources, regardless of geographic location, in order to achieve goal/meet customer needs

• Advanced level services sales representative, broad understanding of services and technology in the industry; contributing beyond self, sought out by others
