Key responsibilities:

The position is a financial analyst role within Corporate Functions FP&A Team. The role is within an organization covering planning, control and analysis of both operating expenses (OPEX) and headcount of Corporate Functions. The person will:
·  Actively participate in agreeing a planning calendar with all parties involved in the planning process. Ensure clear deadlines allowing for submission, review, consolidation, and reporting of consolidated facilities budget (plan).
·  Facilitate consolidation of headcount, OPEX budget of Corporate Functions, ensure final budgets are accurately and promptly loaded to planning systems of record and communicated as necessary.
·  Work with the Operations to manage spend and identify savings opportunities, participate in MRL process to ensure disclosure of financial risks and Lead or participate on process, tool and data availability improvements leading to increased cost control.
·  Deal with ad-hoc requests from the finance controller, other planning teams, accounting and others.
·  During month end closing, work with accounting towards a complete and accurate picture of the results, and drive the resolution of possible issues.
·  Regularly review that cost center ownership and approval paths of all finance-related systems are in line with current state of function's management structure.

·  Strong financial analysis, business acumen and decision making skills
·  Solid excel skills
·  Ability to manage varying workloads throughout the month / quarter
·  A strong desire to learn the business, maintain regular contact with business partners, and proactively ask questions
·  Flexible, adaptable to change, enthusiastic, forward thinking, self-motivated individual.
Desirable requirements
·  Ability to work to tight deadlines without supervision
·  Knowledge of Oracle Financials, FDM/HPT, ARIBA, SAP an advantage
·  Prior OPEX analysis experience would be a distinct advantage
