DESCRIPTION:
- Connect local sales insights back to the regional and global teams
- Guide development of highly effective training programs
- Improve sales enablement content delivery systems
- Engage sales team members needing to improve their close rate
- Support sales customer engagements
- Directly support BU sales events
- Guide acquisition efforts with marketing expertise
- Improve sales pipeline conversion rates through sales enablement activities
- Partner across functions to deliver great sales enablement programs including CSO, L&D, PG, CS Marketing and CSES Marketing
- Be a trusted advisor with Sales Leadership to influence priorities
- Track sales enablement performance and tie to BU financial results
- Press & Analyst engagement requiring product & market knowledge technical expertise based on corporate comms where local language is required
- Communicate transition needs to sales leadership & teams
QUALIFICATION:
- Knowledge on commercial market insight and distribution structure(commercial 유통구조에 대한 경험자 혹은 insight)
- CSG Product Marketingexperience is preferred but not must
- English communication
