Key responsibilities:

As an Account Manager, you are responsible for ensuring and building strong relationships and customer experience within existing and potential customers. You will also actively work with Dell's Finnish partner network to build end customer business in cooperation with Dell's reseller and service provider partners.

It is your responsibility to understand the customer's needs and buying criteria within the target territory provided, while positioning Dell's products and services offered in order to achieve maximum benefit in terms of revenue growth and client loyalty.

As an Account Manager you will consistently:
· communicate with your accounts to promote any changes in Dell's product and service offering
· establish close links with all supporting functions in order to co-ordinate the customer experience of Dell and motivate all the extended teams to support your accounts and inform of bigger picture to obtain optimum engagement
· report on a weekly and monthly basis to the sales management to demonstrate consistent achievement to forecast and plan
· plan, organize and coordinate sales processes

Desired profile

Essential requirements:
·  You have at least 2-4 years of successful sales experience working with end customers and/or partners. The ability to influence and win business on the telephone is essential.
·  Experience on B2B sales
·  Excellent communication skills focusing on collaboration, but with an emphasis of persuasion and control
·  Drive for results - can be counted on to exceed goals successfully
·  Fluency in Finnish and English both written and oral
·  Bachelor's degree or equivalent
·  Experience and/or interest in IT industry

Desirable requirements
·  Background and knowledge of the Corporate Accounts/Global Accounts/Public sector market place is an advantage
·  Background in working with Channel Partners is an advantage
