MY RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Woven Quality Production Leader:

·         I ensure the quality & safety of Decathlon Woven products by identifying the risks and finding solutions,

·         I make my suppliers autonomous and improve continuously their performance (Quality, Sustainable development, Process),

·         I sustain my suppliers in their continuous improvement process in order to reach Operational Excellence (key of competitiveness).
