(H/F) Production leader  -  Quality & industrialization

Le Métier

We, Decathlon Nutrition Engineering Center, are 15 teammates passionate by sports, nutrition & health and motivated to master development, industrialization, production, quality, supply and pricesof Decathlon sports nutrition products.

The JOB

In this team and animated by the production leaderyour will have the following responsibilities :

QUALITY .

In collaboration with the suppliers panel of your processes and the sports :  

- You guarantee quality & safety of your products.

- You develop supplier autonomy through quality process improvement.

- You validate product quality from industrialization to mass production.

- You animate your suppliers to improve their quality level, environmental impact & human responsibility by preparing and following the audits.

INDUSTRIALIZATION

- You are responsible of new products industrialization by ensuring manufacturing processes stability and reliability.

- You participate to industrial feasibility validation from development stage by defining the critical control points and checking the conformity of the products.

- You evaluate processes & validate industrial pre series respecting our products demanding level (quality and cost optimisation).

PURCHASE

- You are responsible to deploy purchase policy on your perimeter.

- You negotiate best purchase conditions for the products of your perimeter.

- You develop sustainable relationship with our industrial partners.

- You ensure sourcing to build relevant future panel.  

CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT

- You develop your products with the BEST ratio value/price and the LOWEST environmental impact.

- As expert you help other production zones to make them grow toward autonomy.

- You animate your product and your suppliers continuous improvement.

- You evaluate & accompany improvement of industrial performance indicators on the field.

Profil recherché

Le Profil

Engineer in Food-Processing Industry Nutrition and Health(European Master Degree), you practice withpassion sports.

You arepassionate by production & expert in food industry and food processes.

You arepassionate by nutritionand you haveminimum 2 years professional experience in production facility and/or quality.

You arecurious, open minded and creative.

Concrete & organizedyou are able to work several projects at the same time.

You areteam spirit orientedand love to beproactivein team’s life.

Your arevery demandingregarding quality & human responsability in production.

You are recognized for yourenvironmental commitmentsand concrete actions set up.

Yourcommunication skills(listening, convictions enthusiasm, sharing and respect) andeasy relationshiphelp you to build strong links with your suppliers.

You have anatural leadershipthat facilitate the functional management.

You masterEnglish and are available for travelling in Europe.
