Within Decathlon mail-order selling department for professionals, you are in charge of dealing with our customers' orders from afar, from input to payment receipt. In relation with our logistics department, our suppliers and our sales department, you are responsible for the satisfaction of our customers by delivering their orders but also by having a good sense of service and contact.

Profilul

You are motivated by mail-order selling and direct marketing (customer contact via the Internet, phone, mail, fax).You are creative, autonomous, responsible with a trading mind. You are dynamic and like customer contact. An experience in the mass distribution sector would be appreciated, an experience in the mail-order selling would be a valuable asset. .
