Join our corporate International Mobility team and support the local administrative management of the international mobility assignments in close relationship with local HR teams in Asia Pacific (APAC). This mission aims at improving the experience of our international assignees as well as the local APAC HR teams when it relates to international mobility management.

What will your role be?
·  Clarify and highlight local constraints and specificities: welcome booklet per country for assignees to Asia including main topics and steps and a focus on few technical subjects (lease, deposit, car etc)
·  Support local HR teams in follow up and coordination of IM projects as best as possible (“how to” guide on concrete topics)
·  Liaise with new assignees to gather all required documents and information
·  Proceed with individual data collection / update for current assignee population in Asia (passport, visa, family information, etc) to be stored and shared with Global Headquarter team in France 
·  Drive for future update and reference  
·  Perform analysis on current and past mobility profiles as well as generated costs (understand local expenses and purchase of order (PO) process, identify cross charging principles, review percentage of missions funded by Customer Vs. the rest); 
·  Design and manage individual survey with assignees post arrival to host country (interviews at 3 months / 6 months / 1 year) to gather their feedback on their experience and identify areas of improvements
·  Look into possibility of having one general integrated provider handling most relocation and mobility topics for the whole area – costs, services, pros and cons
·  « Local » missions, as much as format and duration would allow it and depending on local needs : visit and « assess » remote sites for DS in Japan (Utsunomiya, Nagoya etc) and China to meet with assignees and try to understand specific complexity of location 
·  Review and update list of current providers around main topics (immigration ,relocation, tax) and/or seek new possible providers if some geos are missing offers on some of these aspects

·  Better understand local constraints and specificities
·  Identify any unclear / burdensome part of current international mobility (IM) process for Asia HR and propose improvement areas and solutions
·  Draw a general view of current situation, propose improvements, help structure a common approach to international mobility for the area
Your key success factors
·  Master degree in HR or equivalent
·  HR or international mobility first experience would be an asset
·  Fluent in English and ideally in Japanese or Chinese
·  Multicultural mindset
·  Agile and flexible, ability to adapt to various stakeholders
·  Ability to work and navigate in a matrix environment
·  Team spirit and empathy
·  Good communication skills: verbal and written
·  Organizational and project management skills
·  Strong analytical skills
·  MS proficiency
