Context
We are looking for a Business Development Representative to act as the liaison between our Marketing and Inside Sales teams. Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers.
To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience developing leads from marketing campaigns. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers. If you are motivated and results-driven, and enjoy working in a team environment, we would like to meet you.
Missions
Qualifying leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
Contacting potential clients through cold calls and emails
Presenting our company to potential clients
Responsibilities
Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
Present our company to potential clients
Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Inside Sales
Report to the Inside Sales Manager on weekly activity
Stay up-to-date with new solutions
Profil:
Profile Background
Business School degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration or Engineering School
Work experience as a Business Development Representative or similar role is a plus
Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
Skills
Excellent communication and propection skills
Ability to deliver engaging discussions and understand customer needs and pains
Understanding of sales performance metrics
Motivations interests : prospection, team work, learn new solutions / markets / sales skills
Fluent English and German

Location : Barcelona, SPAIN
Starting date : ASAP
The V.I.E is open to Nationals of Member States of the European Economic Area between 18 and 28 years old (which includes the 27 Member States of the European Union and Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway) and Monaco, who have fulfilled the national service obligations in their State of residence.
