As the Tax Legal Intern with in Dassault Systemes Americas Corp, you will assist the Tax Department with various projects and tasks for a business that moves at a high speed and that will lead to tangible results.
The Americas tax group is responsible for all aspects of tax planning, tax accounting and tax compliance for Dassault entities in North and South America.
This is a paid internship available for 11 weeks in May - August 2018. You will be working in the Dassault Systèmes Americas ampus at 175 Wyman Street, Waltham, Massachusetts.

What will your role be?
Activities include researching and documenting tax positions, tax planning for potential acquisitions, monitoring and communicating legislative developments, supporting our tax audit defense, and responding to tax notices and inquiries

Successfully navigating a business that moves at a high speed Your key success factors
Working within the Americas Campus, Waltham, MA office and available to work full-time
Enrollment in an accredited JD or LLM program
Excellent research and legal writing skills Strong functional use of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Ability to work independently and/or within a collaborative team structure
Highly organized with critical attention to details
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
