Within the Talent acquisition and mobility department and with our Global Talent Acquisition and Mobility Director , you will work closely to the HR team, to each local Talent acquisition team and to the IT development team on transformation and innovation projects related to Big Data on the area of Talent Sourcing and Selection.
Missions
You will work on the specification with the IT development and Talent acquisition team to enhance the Talent Acquisition dashboard, which is available on the 3DS Platform in order to enable the recruiting teams to monitor and improve their recruitment activity, efficiency and effectiveness.
Your main tasks will be to extract and analyze the data from different sources on internal and external worldwide market. Thus, you will be able to frame recommendation to every Geo and local team in order to improve their activity and help them to refine their sourcing and selection approach and strategy . You will also realize some talent market intelligence projects and adhoc talent market analysis
Profile
Business or engineer school looking for an end-of-study internship
Fluent in English
Deep interest in Analytics
Proficient on models and figures analysis
Ability to present data into relevant, structured and dynamic presentations.
High interest in the talent acquisition area.
Microsoft office: Excel and PowerPoint expert
Ability to work in a matrix organization and multicultural environment
Autonomous, positive, dynamic and solutions oriented are qualities that define you,
