The challenges ahead...
We are seeking a key Senior Inside Sales Rep who will source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calling and execution of field sales driven  initiatives. In addition, the Senior Inside Sales Rep will determine customer needs/requirements and manage qualified leads through the sales pipeline. 


What will your role be?


Telemarketing

·  Support a variety of marketing & field driven campaigns including contact development, data gathering/verification, event registration and fulfilling campaign deliverables
·  Cover outbound lead development/nurturing & qualification
·  Cover inbound lead activity from multiple marketing/digital programs & inquiries
Lead Qualification

·  Cover inbound leads from 3ds.com, chat and 800#
·  Profiling of Contacts & opportunity documentation following BANT methodology (Budget | Authority | Need | Timeline)
·  Transform Open lead into Qualified Leads
·  Manage Lead Qualification according agreed OLA (by Channel)
·  Ensure other Stakeholders (Marketing, Sales Team) are successfully managing the leads according the OLA
·  Participate to pipeline management on a weekly cadence 
Your Success factors?

·  BA/BS degree or equivalent
·  At least 3-5 years of proven experience in marketing/sales business development or direct sales
·  Strong business ethics
·  Proven success executing business development strategies across a broad set of industries in the enterprise software space.
·  Experience executing business development strategies across the High Tech industry
·  Experience working for $1B+ enterprise software companies in a business development role a plus
·  Excellent communication/interpersonal skills
·  A personal drive to overachieve
·  A passion to learn. 
·  Results driven individual with track record of over-achieving objectives
·  Used to working in a goal driven environment
·  Strong business & technical acumen in a value based sales environment
·  Excellent verbal & written communication skills
·  Strong phone presence and listening skills
·  Persistent, high energy individual able to manage rejection
·  Familiar with use of online marketing applications like Constant Contact or NeoLane
·  Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
·  Excellent time management skills
·  Strong customer orientation with a passion to learn
·  Peer cooperation – Team Player
·  Field sales experience a plus
