The Quintiq Americas Sales Operations Specialist supports Marketing & Sales initiatives and contributes to the overall administration of Quintiq North American and South American deals processing, database information quality and reporting, and other sales process and enablement. This person will manage and assist with sales operation processes and support various stakeholders globally with a strong focus on business administration for the sales and marketing team.

What will your role be?



·  Support deal administration in the global ERP / CRM systems
·  Report on pipeline metrics and deal analysis
·  Monitor data quality on an ongoing basis
·  Provide data support for employees globally
·  Handle incoming requests / tracking & dispatching
·  Manage conflicts
·  Support the Sales Operations department assignments
·  Setup of sales projects within the Finance systems for processing
·  Assist with content creation for sales training for global replication
·  Monitor sales team activity and flag concerns
·  Ensure customer and prospect details are up to date
·  Resource assignments to project codes in DSX
·  Manage the sales deliverables (RFX, SOWs, slide deck prep, etc. with delegation and checkpoints) .
·  Ensure process is followed (keeping the right people involved, having a plan, etc.)

Key Success Factors



·  1-2 years’ experience with sales and marketing database and systems management
·  Analytical with strong financial and business acumen
·  Customer service or sales-marketing experience
·  Project management skills
·  Have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
·  Possess excellent diplomacy and communication skills, as well as a strong ability to work well within teams globally
·  Proactive and driven
·  Salesforce.com experience preferred
·  Must be comfortable using Excel for pivot tables, etc.
