To support and contribute to the strategies of the anti-piracy and compliance program through the investigation, development and management of leads derived from information provided by internal/external sources. To follow through on those leads in partnership with the sales channels and ultimately drive revenue from this activity. In addition to investigate those organisations/individuals engaged in the illegal distribution of unlicensed or illegal DS products working with Law enforcement/Trade Bodies to close or disrupt such activities.

Starting from Phone Home Technology embedded in DS software, you will participate in the research of information on the Internet, analyzing monitoring results and valuing information.

The scope of research will be focus on the SOLIDWORKS portfolio of our Professional Channel (PC). In this context:

- You will carry out missions of active watch

- You ll have an objective of # of investigation to be executed on a monthly basis

- You ll have to continuously improve your knowledge on means of identification

Develop the supporting infrastructure necessary to the effective growth of the Anti-Piracy and Compliance Program

Review, develop and enhance the supporting infrastructure for legal support WW, in collaboration with DS legal teams, in terms of the letters of engagement (LoE) and powers of attorney (PoAs), Finders Fee Agreements (FFA) provided to those Law Firms that have been engaged to take action on anti-piracy and compliance matters.

Monitor, control and coordinate activities amongst investigation firms, audit firms and law firms in compliance-related actions

· Issue soft and standard compliance letters in respect of qualified leads. Follow up with phone calls and visits, where appropriate. Issue reminder letters to non-responders. Draft tailored letters, where appropriate.
· Provide direct responses to compliance actions to the appropriate party, if necessary.
· Work closely with the business to ensure that compliance leads are entered into and maintained in DSX.ECO.Sales and DSX.CLIENT in a timely and accurate manner. Manage, populate and maintain the EXALEAD AP&C SBA Case Management System in a timely and accurate manner.
· Support and work with the business to ensure that opportunities are created by the relevant responsible person within each of the sales channels and are properly made
· Investigate those organizations and individuals involved in the distribution of illegal/counterfeit DS products.

· Should be educated to degree level and have experience in a role that required a focus on analytical activities

• Bac 3/5 in computer science (license or master),
• Strategic watch or equivalent certification in digital investigations & cybercrime.
• High IT culture / passionate about technological innovation.
• French, English both Written and spoken (high level)
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Demonstrated creativity and autonomy (e.g. through personal projects)
Core competencies
• Excellent understanding of the technical protocols and registries supporting the Internet
• Good knowledge of open source intelligence investigation techniques and tools; a previous experience in online investigation in law enforcement or regulatory authority context will be viewed as an asset
Ideally: existing knowledge of at least one scripting language for data processing (e.g. Python, , Awk, Powershell…)
