As an ENOVIA Offer Marketing intern, you work closely with a small team to define new content and marketing programs to support inbound and outbound marketing campaigns.  





This is a paid internship with flexible hours to accommodate your summer and school schedule May – Dec 2018.  You will be working in Dassault Systèmes’ North American Headquarters at 175 Wyman Street, Waltham, Massachusetts.

What will your role be?





The ENOVIA Offer Marketing Intern contributes to the delivery of quality offer content for industry-driven campaigns and brand offer inbound campaigns.  The intern supports web-based events, and contributes to the promotion of campaigns through social media and other outreach programs.    The intern will learn Typo3 and help maintain the brand website - 3ds.com/enovia.  







You have the opportunity to (but not limited to) do the following:





Collaborate in team meetings and planning sessions





Help develop social content in support of offer content delivered to industry marketing and brand user advocacy for campaigns: blogs, e-mail and tweets. 





Assist with development of creative concepts and marketing strategies for offer content: webinars, infographics, videos, slide share.





Manage (support) project success by ensuring on-time delivery from all stakeholders:  Industry, UX, Creative Hub and Digital team





Analyze industry and brand web campaign result reports using Microsoft Excel – pivot tables





Your Challenges ahead





You need to understand the personas and needs of the target audience (business and technical) and the ENOVIA value proposition to help develop content that is relevant and impactful.  The challenge is to take technical descriptions and simplify for conciseness and clarity.





You need to work in a matrix marketing organization and across many different groups to help ensure alignment as well as timely creation and delivery of content.  This requires good communication skills and ability to work well with complex processes and organizations.





 



You need to be creative in your contributions to content development and animation through social and other channels.  



Your key success factors





Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program (marketing program preferred). Minimum cumulative GPA 3.0 /4.0 scale





Positive and self-motivated with high level of enthusiasm and willingness to learn and incorporate coaching and instructions into daily tasks and assignments





Highly organized with critical attention to details





Possess new technology curiosity; you are not nervous about what you don’t know in technology, but excited about it due to your curiosity





Strong functional use of Social Media, Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and 





Strong writing skills, utilizing the rules of English grammar





Work onsite in the Dassault Systemes’ Waltham office
