Job description
Mission :
Explain, demonstrate and prove the value of 3DS Solutions to our partners/ clients through technical expertise to support the revenue sales plan - Opportunity centric / primary Industry & primary Brand
Transfer skills by sharing technical knowledge internally and/or to partners
Define and qualify with Partner/Customer the Demonstration Use Cases
Deliver accurate demonstration and proof of concepts
Role Description :
@Brand Center of Excellence
· Provide Brand-specific content in pre-sales phase: presentations, demos, benchmarks, POC
· Build strong user relationships to maintain ongoing customer satisfaction
· Contribute to growth of existing customers through support, training and mentoring
· Contribute to the direct and indirect customer engagement by demonstrating the technical value of the Brand offers, understand the application of Brand technologies for all Industries
· Become the trusted advisor to the User through technical engagement
· Provide assistance and support to the User
· Become the trusted advisor to the GEOs, Industries and Sales Channels, supporting them with Brand expertise through all phases of the sales cycle
· Contribute to development and delivery of training material and user-oriented technical information
· Contribute Brand expertise to Services engagements
· Support VS Partners through enablement on Brand solutions and technical expertise
@Consultants & Integrators
· Create an enablement plan for select C&SIs and deliver enablement sessions; document and monitor C&SI skills
· Support C&SI when involved in a TechSales Engagement
· Qualify, modify, approve, and enter C&SI requests for our SW evaluation licenses
· Document a summary of customer projects done with or thru C&SIs (business case, solution, project timeline and phases)

06-Master's Degree

A - 0 to 3 years
Background :
Master of Sciences in Design or Engineering or similar experience.
