CONTEXTE
Danone is a major FMCG company in the UK, with market leading brands across four divisions: Waters (Evian, Volvic), Dairies (Actimel, Activia, Light and Free), Baby (Aptamil, Cow & Gate) and Nutricia Medical (Fortisip).
Danone is one of the major actor in a very dynamic market that needs to be agile, efficient and retain consumers' trust and loyalty by proposing them the best products
MISSIONS
- Support implementation of the new product superiority strategic approach:
Is responsible for food safety and product superiority in his/her brand portfolio from product design to the consumer's fridge
Coordinate Storechecks and follow related action plans with factories, to ensure consistent value to the consumer and continuous improvement
Update monthly reports and highlight particular issues to be communicated and managed
- Support consumer careline management:
Make sure all relevant information is up to date, available and understood by the team manager and agents and enable them to be proud and effective ambassadors of Danone brands
Organize regular refresher training sessions with the consumer careline
Follow-up consumer sensitive cases with manufacturing sites: ensure that all sensitive issues are attentively managed and that related action plans are put in place to prevent issues from reoccurring and provide satisfactory answers to consumers
Produce periodic and ad-hoc consumer contact reports, underpinned by a focus on driving actionable feedback
Support the quality culture deployment (training, special tests, KPIs animation, action plan, ...)
Support the Head of Quality to build training kits and organize regular training sessions with all functions of the company
Organize tasting sessions and guarantee consistency in the methodology used
PROFILE
Have natural communication skills in multicultural environment
Self-motivated, able to take the initiative & to be proactive
Quick learner
Rigorous, methodical, able to analyse data & insights
Problem solving skills
Able to manage & prioritise several workstreams at once
Under Graduate or Graduate
- Science or food related degree
Fluent English
Written & spoken French
Microsoft office and more generally computing skills
Ideally: Excel pivot table
