Supply Chain Key Account
(Fulltime, Location: Prague)

As Supply Chain Key Account you will contribute in designing and implementing the Customer Collaboration Strategy by customer in Czech and Slovakia. You will be building long-term partnerships and focus on understanding the customers.

As Supply Chain Key Account your key responsibilities are:

·  Strategy Management
·  Contribute to design and implement Strategy
·  Main point of contact for Customers
·  Identify and start new initiatives in partnership with retailers (topline drivers or cost saving)
·  Undertake initiatives to collaborate with major customers on areas such as Forecasting, wastage etc.
·  Relationship Management
·  Manage and own the Supply Chain relationship (Customer Collaboration)
·  Networks with customers' key stakeholders and decision-makers
·  Key partner of Sales to ensure alignment between both teams
·  Represent his/her cluster on relevant external associations to be up-to-date about trends, and build a powerful local network.
·  KPI Management
·  Define, share and mutually use a common dashboard with the Customer in order to improve the most relevant KPI’s
·  Achieve and animate KPIs within the Customer Collaboration team and the broader Supply Chain team and Business
·  Cost Management
·  Analyse the full P&L per customer with the objective of delivering high service at lowest cost
·  Define the logistic trade terms together with Logistics Team awarded to the Customer including waste negotiatio

We are looking for a Supply Chain Key Account with the following profile:
Experience & Technical Knowledge:

·  University degree with 1 – 2 years relevant working experience related to Supply Chain; 
·  Fluently in English and Czech, spoken and written;
·  Good knowledge of MS Office tools (experience with SAP R3 and Necto would be an advantage)

·  Able to develop trustworthy relationships;
·  Able to work individually in a complex environment;
·  Be able to drive change/improvements.
