In the Microbiology Group of the Danone Food Safety Center, you will be focusing on microbiological risk ranking méthodologies:

• build a State of Art of new methodologies applied for ranking risks in microbiology Food Safety considering both qualitative and semi-quantitative approaches;
• identify new methods/ways applied to classify emerging hazards;
• identify relevant ad hoc academic and international research teams and working groups;
• deliver an up-dated microbiological risk ranking tool for known and new emerging Food Safety hazards
