As SN Quality System Officer will be reporting to the QFS Strategic Projects Manager.

About the Job

·  Drive the performance of laboratories within Danone SN-network based on business needs; e.g.
·  Initiate and coordinate improvement plans
·  Set-up and follow-up of KPI’s
·  Lead implementation of key learnings from several projects related to Food Safety, Quality and Compliance Supply Point laboratories.
·  Represent “Analytical voice” in RCA-studies that investigate (potential) compliance issues within Regulatory projects or other projects on an ongoing base
·  Execute “Design of Experiments” to investigate on appropriate analytical method in RCA-studies
·  Collaborate with project teams, operations, QC labs, Process validation, R&I
·  Optimize masterdata of analytical results with external laboratory partners and FS Analytical Governance
·  Optimize sample submission process between SP QC labs or reference lab and external laboratories
·  Connect with QC labs, process validation and central lab about data exchange, storage and flow between external labs and Danone labs using Lims , SPC software and related systems.
·  Manage the IT interface between Danone SN and External laboratory partner
·  Establish and maintain analytical packages fr the SN product portfolio
·  Maintain database fr Analytical parameters
·  Specifications

About You

·  Bachelor or Master’s degree in Analytical Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, IT, Food & Business with at least 5 years of relevant working experience
·  Knowledge of “Design of Experiment” is an asset
·  Relevant experience in laboratory context dealing with analytical methods
·  Familiar with laboratory activities (GLP, processes)
·  Good knowledge of LIMS and BI-tools
·  Essential is to understand all SN SP laboratory capabilities and routine operations.
·  Structured and analytical mindset
·  Proactive, self-motivated and can work independently/autonomously
·  Capacity to interact with many stakeholders at different levels of the Company
·  Communication skills and capacity to influence and convince
·  Rigor to ensure robust processes and ways of working
