About the job

·  Determining and reporting of individual development needs of sales department, related training plans and contents
·  Monitoring and reporting training budgets
·  Creating tools and documents for trainings
·  Training organization (training hall, transportation, accommodation etc.)
·  Reporting business results of the trainings
·  Ensuring the e-learning platform is up-to-date and accessible
·  Developing tools to incerase usage of e-learning platform
·  Assigning, monitoring and reporting training contents, to prepare exams in parallelwith company's vision and strategies via E-learning system
·  Working with 3rd party suppliers to ensure that the improvements on the E-Learning platform are made on time,in the targeted quality and budget

About you

To be able to be successful in the role, you need to:

·  Bachelor degree from a reputable university
·  At least 2 years of experience in Sales Training in FMCG sector
·  Advanced command of English
·  Good communication skills
·  Multi- task
·  Result-oriented
·  Proactive, willing to take initiave
·  Very good follow-up
·  Team player
·  No military obligation for male candidates
