About the job 　

You will be responsible for planning, following, finalizing and reporting of the entire procurement services to be provided for marketing and sales purchasing activities.

·  Market research on purchasing items, follow-up of innovations and developments in the domestic and foreign sector
·  Execution of supplier management, tender and contract processes of the relevant category and completion of approval processes
·  Planning, following, finalizing and reporting of the entire procurement process for services to be provided for congresses, meetings and event organizations
·  Implementation, development and follow-up of procurement procedures
·  To develop actions to accelerate the procurement process
·  Monitoring price movements and taking actions for the benefit of the company
·  Investigate successful practices that will provide cost advantages and introduce new proposals
·  Participate in negotiations with agency and congress companies along with marketing teams
·  Controlling all cost items about congress and organizations and reporting in comparison with budget

About you 　

To be able to be successful in the role, you need to:　

·  University degree in related fields
·  3-5 years' experience in Purchasing; preferably in marketing, sales and event purchasing categories
·  Can manage procurement, negotiation and supplier management processes within the framework of ethical values
·  Excellent command of written and spoken English
·  Customer Oriented and foster collaboration with other functions & departments at all levels
·  Able to work fast and result-oriented in a dynamic environment
·  Good level of MS Office knowledge
·  SAP MM Module knowledge will be an asset
