About the context:

The Food & Water Cycle is one of our key strategic ambitions and embodies to protect and enhance our essential resources: Milk, Water & Plastic. Cycles & Procurement (C&P) is the brand new cross-division organization that consists of the sourcing capabilities and dedicated transversal teams that will deliver the Food & Water Cycle ambitions, contributing to securing our license to operate and strengthening our competitive advantage.

With our Cycles we protect and secure our key resources (Milk, Water and Plastic) and we take a strategic approach to Procurement to support the business and social agenda of Danone. We are one team of procurement professionals worldwide working closely together to secure competitive, sustainable resources, seek innovative solutions and partner up with suppliers aligned to our vision

Come and play a key role for a smooth sourcing to pay process in our global procurement operations organization.

About the role:

This position is responsible for the operational tasks and processes related to the contract & pricing management of Raw & Packaging materials. This role is essential for the smooth running production of Danone global factories.

You will support and collaborate with the Activity Manager on projects to ensure fast turnaround. The role will also support optimisation and contribution to the continuous improvement of the tools and processes.

Main activities will be:

• Manage pricing and technical contracts in SAP with close collaboration with the buyers & other internal stakeholders

• Manage technical contract validations with suppliers

• Manage solving of blocked invoices issues with the buyers and suppliers

• Masterdata: creation of vendors and materials using ORsoft

• Apply standard processes put in place between all parties

• Collaborate with factories & buyers on admin tasks related to the PriceIT tool

• Ad hoc projects within the C&P team

You will be part of the team supporting the buyers of Dairy Ingredients, Food, Ingredients, Packaging and Plastics globally.

About you:

To be successful and happy in this role, you bring the following know-how:

• Analytical skills with great attention to details as well as ability to see the big picture

• Strong Excel and reporting background

• SAP/ ERP software experience is a MUST

• Process and result oriented mindset

• Proactive self-starter with ability to take initiative

• Stakeholder management & great communication skills

• Hands-on mentality, pragmatic

• Experience in a multinational or big corporate is preferred

• Fluent in english is a must , other languages are a plus
