Performance Coordinator - Haps / Fulltime  

For our state-of-the-art factory at Haps we are searching for a Performance Coordinator who will be responsible to execute projects , support our factory program and further develop digital performance tools and reports directory to the Performance Manager.

In this position you will be having the following responsibilities;
Performance Coordinator:

·  Execute projects & initiatives according to the performance departments roadmap;
·  Part of Performance team and Danone Performance network;
·  Support the right data collection and do analysis of losses to enable performance improvement to happen;
·  Participate in improvement projects to improve performance;
·  Understand the departments data and process for reporting.

People Leadership & Training:

·  Promote data based culture;
·  Lead by example to support continuous improvement culture.

IWS:

·  Be an expert on IWS program and build capabilities in IWS systems and methodologies within the organization at different levels from shopfloor to management team;
·  Lead or support the implementation of Run to Targets at different departments;
·  Train and coach colleagues;
·  Drive and manage IWS progression and report results of IWS program to stakeholders.

Digital:

·  Support our digital lighthouse journey on connected worker and performance data by looking for innovation opportunities by offering a user friendly system;
·  Take part in setting the best digital IWS standard by excellent execution of digitizing the paper standards and listening to end user.

About you

·  You have obtained a Bachelor or Master degree in (technical) Business administration, manufacturing, engineering or similar education;
·  Relevant experience in manufacturing industry, preferably in Food/FMCG;
·  Project management experience is an advantage;
·  You have strong communication skills and can interact with different levels of stakeholders;
·  Pro-active and independent way of working;
·  Dutch & English – fluent written and verbal is a must.
