We are the market leaders in Bottled Water Drinks and have been evolving our portfolio to play more widely in Soft Drinks, by becoming pioneers of ‘next generation healthy’ consumption.Grocery BU customers make up 50% of DWUK turnover and more than 50% of profit. These roles are critical in managing the customer P&L’s efficiently & effectively as well as pipelining talent for L9 account managers.

Mission of the role:

· 
·  To support the total Grocery Business Unit.
·  To contribute to delivery of profitable growth for the grocery BU account through leading the core account with critical roles of debt & accruals management,
·  This is a key support role for the total grocery team which is instrumental to the delivery of the overall DWUK business performance.

Key Challenges:

· 
·  Managing the Account Administration complexity alongside business priorities and external relationship management
·  Defining and executing the grocery BU’s online plan, working closely with the online buying team to deliver growth ahead of the category
·  Building Joint business plan tracking, promotional database review, debt & accrual management to ensure customer P&L is correct internally & externally
·  Develop understanding of instore capabilities through competitor activities and instore developments

Strategic Contribution:

· 
·  Deliver excellence in execution: Responsible for managing the Danone forecasting process and day to day administration of the grocery account
·  Strategy building – Own and develop best online activation plans with customer contacts
·  Stakeholder Management – build strong relationships across Danone and grocery customer to support delivery of priorities
·  Build P&L understanding and assist in JBP scenario planning with Account manager

Internal & external relations

· 
·  Grocery business unit team (Controller, SNAM, NAM), Finance, Market Strategy, Marketing, Supply, wider grocery team
·  Buying Teams

Key Accountabilities:

·  P&L scenario planning of promotional strategy changes/amends, aligning changes with PRGM & gaining sign off to drive maxim market share, CANN & profit for Danone
·  Account lead on the monthly cycle: Weekly Sales, Forecasting & invoicing
·  Account lead for promotional performance ROI review
·  Lead and develop the Online strategy, collaborating with grocery online trading team to ensure outperformance vs. the category
·  Day to Day contact both internally & externally for all operational queries, providing and supporting with relevant information
·  Reporting: Utilising all system available (Kantar, IRI & SelfServe) to review sales performance V’s category & bring insight to develop market leading strategies
·  Ensure all administration is completed correctly and in a timely manner

·  Good analytical ability, able to interpret data and add insight and relevance to data
·  Must be fluent in English – written and spoken
·  Entry Level Role - Graduate or 1+ years experience in industry
