Become our Milk & Dairy Ingredients Innovation Engineer

to be part of our ambitious Innovation agenda for a 6 month Contract

The job is located in Palaiseau in the Worldwide R&I Center which is the heart of Research and innovation in Danone (R&I). The center is a mix of analytical laboratories, pilot plants, packaging, formulation teams at the edge of sciences and technologies for our Waters and Dairy & Plant Based businesses.

Your accountabilities:

·  Develop innovative solutions around milk fat management and functionalization to develop new texture or new creamy sensation (OPTIFAT project)
·  Explore new dairy ingredients and technologies : functionality tests, pilot trials (Innovation pipe building, including interactions with Waters WBU)
·  Lead new ingredients / technologies exploration projects or workpackage, including exchanges with suppliers or partners
·  Support the Milk & Dairy Ingredients team on pilot trials management
·  Proposes new ideas to develop the MVC innovation pipe
·  Develop the knowledge on milk fat and dairy ingredients

Your assets:

• Food scientist or chemistry preferably (engineer or Master degree)

·  Understanding of yoghurt production and interactions with dairy ingredients
·  Pilot trials management (Artemis user ideally) and resulting reporting
·  Drive & push convictions.
·  Flexibility & quick adaptation.
·  Project management skills
·  Team player, network management
