At Danone Dairy, we are looking for our new Master Data Analyst.

Your role as Master Data Analyst (24 hours/week )

As Master Data Analyst at Danone Dairy you are responsible for the setup of master data to support the business processes. You support the business by coordination and accurate execution of master data in different software systems. You are interested in business processes and how they are translated in software solutions. Together with the business process owners and conduct improvements projects you track and challenge new opportunities. To achieve this, you are in close contact with other departments such as the commercial organization, the factories, the finance department etc. Your responsibilities include:

·  Set up and maintain master data related to products, customers and vendors.
·  Support and improve the current master data processes.
·  Be a back-up for team members and support key users.
·  Work closely together with IT and with the business to improve data governance.
·  Participate in projects where master data knowledge is required.

Your profile

As our Master Data Analyst, you have a well-developed analytical, conceptual and synthetic mindset with a keen eye for detail. At the same time, you are pragmatic, problem-solving and looking for initiative. You are a true team player, demonstrate flexibility and combine this with a pragmatic and hands-on approach. Furthermore you have:

·  a completed MBO+ education or hold a Bachelor degree.
·  availability for 20-24 hours per week, preferably over 4 days.
·  preferably experience in product master data with an emphasis on analytics or strong affinity to data analytics.
·  strong affinity with process management and curious to improve the process.
·  technical experience in SAP ERP and Microsoft office Excel.
·  excellent interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal, both in in English and Dutch.
·  ability to ensure high Data Quality and take action on all Data Quality errors.
