For the business unit Danone Dairy Belgium we are looking for a Management Assistant on a 4/5 or full time basis. Are you up for a challenge, in a complex international and dynamic environment? About the Job

The assistant will directly support our Country Director and Sales Director and will deliver some support to other teams. The role will report into the country manager BE and dotted line to head of HR BNL and will share its workload between them, the sales director and the full leadership team.

As Management Assistant, you will have also play a vital role in supporting the full team with activities and projects, such us helping with project materials and organizing events.

You will have multiple, often simultaneous tasks that will include managing several complex international calendars containing internal and external meetings, workshops and symposia, (video) conferences and (last minute) travelling arrangements. You can be involved in HR topics like onboarding of new comers, specific HR requests, etc.

In a smooth and discrete way, you build relationships that are crucial for the success of the organization. As such, you carry out the role of ‘gatekeeper’, as well as the role of ‘gateway’.

About You

First and foremost, you are a proactive and effective professional, who gets fulfilment in giving the best possible support. You must have high levels of ownership and accountability, being able to put yourself in your managers’ shoes.

For this role, you have an administrative background and at least 5 years of relevant experience. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook tools is also required. Ideally, you are trilingual: French, Dutch & English.
