ABOUT THE JOB

As our Inventory Coordinator , you will focus on maintaining a high level of maintenance inventory accuracy and integrity within our production facility. You will work alongside the maintenance planner to ensure spare parts are available and efficiently prepared for maintenance work.

This is a permanent full-time position, working Mon-Fri 8am-4.30pm with flexibility to work 6am-6pm once a month.

You will:

·  Monitor and control maintenance inventory integrity, monitoring inventory metrics and associated reports for internal compliance
·  Manage the receipt and inventory control of spare parts, projects equipment and consumables at the site, overseeing physical inventories / cycle counts / random
·  Support maintenance team in preparing spare parts and consumables for planned or unplanned work
·  Ensure strong working relationships with all key suppliers and contractors

ABOUT YOU

You pride yourself in your reliability, commitment and enjoy taking ownership of your work.

Ideally you will have:

·  Solid experience with an ERP system in a stores / warehousing environment ( SAP knowledge desirable)
·  Proven experience of successfully managing supplier relationships
·  Proficient level in MS Excel
·  Strong communication and organisational skills
·  Accountability for your work and confidence working on your own
