Then apply now and become our next Material Finance Analyst Intern at our office in Hoofddorp, Netherlands, starting November 2020!

About the Job

You will be part of the Finance Procurement Team ,which is responsiblefor bringing financial business support to co-pilot the business. Within this team you will be focusing on the dairy category. During your internship you will collaborate in establishing financial guidelines and support co-leading the business within this complex and interesting category. You will join a diverse, open-minded and result-oriented team, located centrally but with a global view. You will support a local business with global leadership and help to drive decision-making and deliver results for the company.

Your key responsibilities in the job will be:

·  Harmonizing cross dairy category reporting;
·  Supporting the Dairy Finance business intelligence;
·  Preparing monthly forecast presentations for Dairy Agricultural Cycles reviews;
·  Developing new KPIs scorecard for Dairy Agricultural Cycles.

In addition to this, you will work on an exciting new project to develop the Global Dairy Performance Scorecard from scratch and facilitate the visualization of the business performance!

Your key responsibilities within this project will be:

·  Collaborating on the development of the scorecard;
·  Building integration between different scorecard components;
·  Preparing visualization for scorecard outcomes;
·  Automize preparation for monthly/quarterly updates.

About You

We are looking for a Bachelor/Master studen t with a background in Financewho is eager to grow and develop professionally. You are open-minded, driven, and enjoy overcoming challenges. You are a self-starter who can work independently while still being a positive team-player .Furthermore, you are an advanced user of Excel and PowerPoint .Previous experience in consulting is considered a plus.

Next to this, there are a few hard requirements:

·  You are enrolled at university during the whole period of the internship ( if you are a non-EU citizen, you need to be enrolled at a Dutch university );
·  You are fluent in English – written and spoken;
·  You can start as of November/December 2020 for 9+ months (12 months ideally);5 days per week (40 hours);
·  Willing to travel or relocate close to Hoofddorp in the Netherlands when the COVID-19 situation improves.

You will be part of the Finance Procurement Team, a diverse team with more than 25 people who are based around the world, giving you the opportunity to build a wide global network with people who have a diverse experience. The team has a friendly atmosphere and you will work in a hard-working, ambitious environment. Within this team, you will be the third member of a smaller team which focuses on the dairy category where you will be closely supervised by Anton Sadunin , Milk Finance Manager.

As our Material Finance Analyst Intern you will learn how to apply global strategies to the local realities. You will get to see how a global corporation works and gain an understanding of the fundamentals of the business within the dairy and food industry. You will be involved in financial planning cycles and key decision-making. You will develop your communication skills through contact with global and regional buyers, as well as your project management and analytical skills through the development of the Global Dairy Performance Scorecard.

We offer a gross monthly internship allowance of 450 (HBO students) or 550 (University students) euros per month and a contribution towards travel if required. Please do keep in mind that we do not offer relocation and/or accommodation benefits for students coming from abroad.
