Internship E-commerce (location: Brussels – 6 months, starting January 2021)

About the Job

Our Sales team is looking for a 6 months intern in E-commerce for our Specialized Nutrition division. Together with the E-commerce Manager you will support the implementation of our Belgian e-commerce projects in the retail and pharmaceutical channel.

In Belgium we have the ambition to have the best in class online experience, ensuring high data quality, optimized online search and attractive online activations. This, we do in close collaboration with Belgium E-pharmacies and Clicks & Bricks (retail). Your main tasks will help us to support reaching these ambitions.

A flavor of your responsibilities are:

·  Content Quality : you will support the E-commerce Manager with the organisation of our projects and share information with our customers. You are responsible to update them on both product and portfolio information. You will be either in direct contact with our customer or share relevant data via an online platform. Secondly you will also update the internal systems and ensure our Marketing and Digital teams have the latest information.
·  Online search (SEO) : You will work closely with our Marketing and Digital teams to clearly define key words per category and include these in the product information. You will also perform benchmark analyses of our competitors.
·  Activation : Working closely with our external partner, you will take the necessary actions to optimize pack shots and create online banners. You will support them in the creation, brief and follow up with the agency.

On top of this, you will work with our Data analysis tool Data Impact which will give us insights on how we perform on the above pillars.

You will be part of the sales team of Specialized Nutrition BE, one of the business units of Danone. In total, there are around 20 people within this sales team. You will work closely together with the Key Account Managers, Category Managers and Shopper Marketeers, who will make sure you will have lots of learnings & a full sight on how to market and sell Nutricia products.

About You

First of all, You are a Bachelor or Master student with a strong interest in the FMCG industry, and you have a particular interest for the online world. You are fluent in English and French and / or Dutch, and you have perfect knowledge of the MS Office Package.

You are eligible to work on an intern contract and are available from January until end of June 2021, fulltime from our Brussels office (if the safety measurements related to COVID-19 allow us).
