Internship Communication and sustainability – M/F – January 2021

CONTEXT

Danone’s Waters division, and particularly the Evian and Volvic global brands, are fully embracing Danone’s 'One Planet One Health' vision. We believe in natural mineral water ecosystems that work in harmony with people, communities and the environment. Setting ambitious goals and hitting new milestones, Evian and Volvic have set forth a challenging timetable to contribute to a sustainable future and preserve for the next generations the exceptional origins of its sources and their ecosystems.

In this context, opening this short-term position is key to support the expansion of communications activity over the next six months.

OBJECTIVES OF THE ROLE

·  Support on social media plans for senior members of Waters GS, creating content and identifying opportunities to share and enhance Danone activities, working in close cooperation with corporate digital team
·  Lead on adaptation and creation of French-language communications materials
·  Contribute to the development of brand and GS corporate and sustainability communications, including press releases, Q&A documents, social media posts and video content.
·  Support to global brands upcoming “corporate” sustainability comms
·  Contribute to corporate function project management and creation of content for internal social media channels (written posts, videos) and events (e.g. roundtables, conferences, global Danone events)
·  Support ad hoc digital issues tracking and monitoring
·  Support SAEME global B Corp certification and any B Corp local needs worldwide (on going and future)
·  High contribution to transversal brands sustainability projects to ensure consistency and relevancy of infos across teams: due diligence, benchmarks etc.. to build their roadmaps
·  Contribute to the global Waters sustainability KPI tracker.
·  Contribute to the development of brand communications, including circularity and carbon neutrality, BCorp certification and pledges for evian and Volvic.
·  Additional support to global brands upcoming “corporate”’ sustainability comms

TARGETED PROFILE

·  Six months communications and project management experience, particularly on digital communications
·  BAC+4/5
·  Experience working on sustainability topics
·  Experience of working and building networks within a global company (corporate) with high ability to adapt to levels of hierarchy and at ease in an international environment and intercultural communications
·  You speak French and English fluently
·  You are a good communicator (in person and online) and have the ability to easily connect with people.
·  You are adaptable, flexible and like to work in a fast-paced and international environment
·  You are known for being autonomous, detail-oriented, organized, capable of prioritizing.
·  You are a team player with a collaborative mindset and attitude
·  You are also known for being a people-person, and for your communication and writing skills and an interest in sustainability
