Internal Control Manager

(Fulltime, Location: Prague)

What will you be responsible for?

·  Provide Control of processes compliance with Group principles, laws and accounting standards
·  Implements and develops awareness about fraud prevention within the CBU
·  Controls access requests to systems and assesses whether segregation of duties in CBUs are compliant with Group principles
·  Evaluates the effectiveness of processes through performing performance audits and process analysis. And provides recommendations for improvements
·  Organizes the process of risk assessment
·  Performs a periodic assessment of strategy guidelines implementation

Furthermore, regular reporting of activities, processes and ways of working is needed (in DANgo tool).

So what are we looking for?


·  Minimum 3 years of professional experience, including 2 years in internal control or audit.
·  Relevant educational background with preferably CIA certification or equivalent.
·  Good understanding of key business processes and its limitations.
·  Being fluent in Czech and English.
·  Experience with auditing techniques and process mapping and optimizing.
·  Experience with SAP/Navision is valued, but not a must.
