The HR team at Danone Nutricia Research is looking for a HR Intern

Period:  6 months starting in April 2017
Location: Danone Nutricia Research, Utrecht Science Park, Netherlands

Your mission:
The internship is based within the HR team of Danone Nutricia Research - our department supports approximately 450 people in this international Research & Development center. As a HR intern your role will be to support the HR team on various projects and operational activities. This is an opportunity for you to learn the different facets of Human Resources Management, such as company policies, compensation and benefits, performance & development, recruitment, to name a few.

Basic requirements:

·  3rd year Bachelor or Master in Business Administration, Human Resources or Psychology
·  Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and willingness to work with new systems
·  Fluent English skills (Dutch and/ or French is a plus)
·  Previous (HR) internship experience within the FMCG industry or R&D sector favourable

·  You are a business-oriented person with a natural interest in the different (HR) processes of an organization.
·  You are a highly service-oriented, accurate and results-driven person.
·  You are a self-starter, who can work independently as well as in teams and you enjoy to learn and share with others.
·  You aspire to work in HRM upon graduation from university.
