Within the Corporate HR Department (Talent & Learning Oganization), the Danone Academy global team is looking for a Learning intern, to assist in the building and deployment of a global learning strategy, guidelines and processes to be rolled out across all regions.

YOUR MISSIONS

1/ Support the design and delivery of group learning Programs

·  With the guidance of a senior learning manager, ensure the design or evolution of the learning programs, in line with the vision & priorities of the functions, strategic transversal topics as well as the group learning strategies
·  For function programs, this activity is driven by the L&D Committee members (functional senior managers, directors & VPs) and involves internal experts, projects teams & external partners
·  For transversal programs, this activity requires to work with the transversal topic owners, and SMEs (subject matter experts) across functions and/or across WBUs.

2/ Integrate the “One learning a day” ambition in the learning solutions with a strong emphasis on blended journey approach : workshops, e-learning, video learning and other digital learning assets, networking, on-the job support, outside-in learning, etc.

·  Act as project manager in collaboration with SMEs to design & develop pedagogical scenarios & tools
·  Engage and coordinate efforts of internal/external experts for design
·  Ensure the affordable availability of learning solutions

3/ Steer the delivery of the programs within quality + budget responsibility:

·  Liaise with regions to ensure proper handover of Group programs by creating clear and executable delivery packs (Delivery technical sheets, delivery strategy, supplier qualification, classroom & digital support documents, other supplies, etc.)
·  Monitor the programs delivery (“hot” evaluations) & measure learning effectiveness (“cold” evaluations): track deployment status & reporting on KPIs
·  Develop with the function the adequate internal trainers community
·  Ensure clear communication of the programs for the function, in line with the learning communication strategy

YOUR PROFILE

·  You are pursuing a Master’s degree in Human Resources or Learning
·  A first experience in a L&D department is a plus, in similar context with some experience designing and deploying learning solutions
·  Ability to understand business-driven needs and their link to strategic business objectives
·  Ability to manage (wing-to-wing) projects
·  Open mindset and ability to communicate clearly, network and federate project members through motivation and enthusiasm
·  Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluency in English

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

·  Prior experience in a Corporate University
·  Instructional design background (education or experience)
·  Digital fluency and ease with digital learning platforms
·  Firm understanding of deployment processes
·  Strong interest in learning & helping people grow
·  Helicopter ability, analytical skills & system thinking - excellence in all details
·  Innovative and agile mindset, ability to challenge a project team/scope in a constructive way
