About the Job

You will be part of a HR team of 8 professionals and you report directly to the HR Director of Utrecht R&I. As HR Coordinator, you are responsible for providing operational HR support to the R&I people, department leaders and the HR Business Partners. Thanks to your contribution, the HR team will be able to focus on the ambitious talent & people agenda.

You will provide support to the HR team throughout the entire employee cycle (from goal setting to the yearly salary increase cycle). Besides you’re operationally involved in the roll-out of HR projects and policies in the following areas:

·  Talent development: preparing the right data set for talent reviews
·  Compensation & Benefits: lead the execution of the yearly salary review process
·  Performance Management: monitor objective setting
·  Employee engagement: reporting and support
·  Individual case management in line with Dutch labor law and Danone policies

About You

You have a relevant Bachelor or Master’s degree and around 1-3 years’ experience in HR. You’re a ‘Guru’ of Excel and are getting quickly familiar with various IT tools. You are someone who can thrive in a complex fast-moving matrix environment and who can see and understand the big picture. You are a self-starter with the ability to take on multiple activities and you prioritize in a pragmatic way. Last but not least, you’re authentic and a strong team player, someone who is eager to learn and to build a great career in HR.

Fluent in verbal and written English. Fluency in Dutch language is an advantage but not a must.
