The ability to take action quickly on any anomalies identified either through own investigation or at the request of other stakeholders such as a supply point or a representative of the quality department.
Ensuring the correct products are returned to supply points and the remaining stock is in the correct status at all times, which requires liaising with supply planners to ensure stock availability risks are known and appropriate corrective action can be taken.
