Employer Branding Assistant

About the Job

You will handle regular employer branding activities, including:

Online:

·  Administer, monitor and report Dancommunity + socmeds traffic and analytics
·  Create and curate content to keep career sites, employer brand properties, and social channels updated.
·  Develop Graphic Design for all Employer Branding (EB) materials

Offline :

·  Assist in executing EB related events like job fairs, campus activities etc

You will support Management Trainee and Inclusive Diversity Program operational activities

Online : Design recruitment poster

Offline : Handle recruitment process from a-z (including CV screening and arrange interviews), execute workshop arrangement, etc

You will help to do regular administration duties.

About You

To be successful in the role you would need to be:

·  S1 graduate with min GPA 3.00 out of 4.00
·  Passionate in HR matters
·  Knowledgeable in social media management and analytics
·  Active on social media
·  Creative and able to create impactful and engaging contents
·  Experience in employer branding and social recruiting would be a benefit
·  Familiar and knowledgeable in design software (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator) and in digital tools and social media tools
·  Highly articulate, with excellent writing skills
·  Results-oriented and detail oriented mindset
·  Must be good in analysis and execution
